How long does shipping take for handcrafted items?
Since many of our pieces are finished by hand, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Standard domestic shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days.
What is your return policy for home textiles?
We accept returns on unused, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the embroidery process usually begins, and changes may no longer be possible.
